Founded by the children of Ada and James Gudger in recognition of the values and love they received from their parents. This annual scholarship can be used for a college education in any major field of study, but with a preference given to careers in health, medicine or education.

These scholarships shall be awarded to active members or Centre Presbyterian Church who have been on the active roll for the previous calendar year. To qualify, applicants should have achieved a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average and have been active in service activities and events within the community and congregation.
