Advent, from the latin word that means "coming" or "arrival" is the four week season that leads to Christmas. During this time the church focuses on hope and preparing our hearts for Christ's return. On the church calendar, Christmastide is a 12 day celebration (that's where the weird song with the partridge in a pear tree comes from). At Christmas the church lingers over the glorious news of Jesus' incarnation and his desire to be "God with us".
In addition to Sunday mornings, we have a Kids' Christmas Party and a Christmas Eve service. We would love for you to join us at any of these events.
